Graphic Design (any creative industry) is so competitive and WE ALL get knock backs/rejections! But its the way we come back from these knock backs and rejections will determine the level of success we can and can’t achieve.

From the people I met to the places I see to random restaurants business cards.Why Graphic Design? I don’t know how to respond to this without sounding completely corny or cliché… Graphic Design is the ability to turn the ordinary into extraordinary. I like the infinite possibilities.  If you weren’t studying Graphic Design, What would you be doing? I would be travelling Australia (then the world) in search for the greatest parmi! Do you have any pets? Yes, two dogs. Arrow and Boof. They are amazing!Are you a PC or Mac girl? Mac but I can work on a PC.What is something exciting you have done in 2012? I went on a road trip from Anglesea, Vic to Alice Springs, NT with three of my best friends. Who are your last 5 text messages from? I have said it before and I’ll say it again! These guys are special. They have that special something that grabs your attention right form the word go! I first met these guys when I was working for Forte Magazine at the Anglesea Music Festival last year. They were the first act of the entire festival in the youth marquee. I don’t really know what I was expecting to hear that night…. But it wasn’t that! What is “That”? It’s a unique blend of skillful and proficient guitar notes combined with two wow factor voices… Put the three together and you get Caipra. Keep an eye out kids. They are going places… and I am not only encouraging you to join the bandwagon. I am going to steam roll it into your life because these guys are now on my radar… and I will be keeping tabs on them!

TIME FOR CHANGE.  We as human’s should be ashamed by the way we treat each other. We have come so far in recent centuries in some key areas but we still have so far to go. These issues haven’t developed overnight yet it isn’t something that is getting the support or awareness that it needs. How many teen gay suicides will there be, before EVERYONE can marry the one they love? How many animals will become extinct before we decide to help? How many wars will we have to fight before there is peace? How many fast food outlets will be opened before we end famine? How many tears will be shed before there is hope? These are only a few of the key issues but issues that are not being addressed properly. We all have something close to our hearts and we all deserve to be heard.
